Well hello there. That's me in a weird hat. Next to me is the owner of that hat. We're pretty regular, even people, and one of us has a love for weird hats (hint, it's not me). As a general introduction, I'll have you know I'm a normal person with a normal job and a normal body and normal face trying to become the counterpart of what I am normally through ridiculously impossible ambitions and self-annihilating behavior. Go figure.  

I Reek of Coffee started a couple of years ago because, not only do I find writing to be an outlet for rants and general reflections, but also because it's nice to imagine that my writing is being read. Maybe, just maybe, someone out there is reading what I'm writing (versus me just talking to a wall or my teddy bear, which happens on a pretty regular basis)...even if often times what I talk about is inane and cryptic and contradicting. Either way, this whole shebang is generally fun for me, and as my memory fails me more and more the older I get, it's a good way of keeping track.

I've recently started school again, so here are some ramblings or procrastination pieces that pop out of me when I'm procrastinating on everything, as is my habit, or even better yet, when I'm overly emotional and angsty. Hey, maybe I'll find the humor again, who knows. I'll try to keep it under control, folks. Write on. Or read, whichever you prefer.
